Thanks Nome, for keeping this cam going year around. The Iditarod race got me interested in Nome and I like to check it to see what is going on the whole year 'round.

If the finish line with the Arch on a snow ramp is set up as in the past it will be the morning of Sunday, March 14. If the camera stays as is we can watch. At present the extreme left part of the Arch, in storage, is visible at the right, about 1/3 up from the bottom, on the camera side of the Arctic Trading Post in the wide cam view.

When do they move the burl arch out for the
finish?

Sylfede, I love the book. It is a great expericnce for Bright Dawn and her family as they train to race the Iditarod. I think you should read it if you get a chance too! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I am doing some reading and working on some homework.
